2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Booking Process

Clients can book our services through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service team. Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the scheduled services.

2.2 Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees as outlined in section 4.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Liability

Gardeners Heston strives to perform all services with the highest level of care. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Clients are responsible for informing us of any existing conditions or potential hazards on their property.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their gardening needs.
  • Ensure that the working area is accessible and safe for our team.
  • Communicate any special instructions or requirements prior to service commencement.
  • Secure pets and valuables to prevent accidents or damage.

7. Equipment and Materials

Gardeners Heston will provide all necessary equipment and materials required for the services unless otherwise specified. Clients may request the use of their own materials, provided they meet safety and quality standards.

8. Changes to Services
